At 做厙勛圖, we celebrate our people and our cultures, and we recognize the value of diversity and inclusion. What is your professional and personal background?
I am a graduate of Norfolk State Univ (B.S.) and Duquesne Univ (M.S). I have spent most of my career in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) as well as Customer Service-based roles. Im currently a Program Manager on a Supply Chain/Logistics Contract, CFOAM. I spent 12 years on the Base Operations Services East (BOS-E) Contract, and two years on Facilities Renovation and Maintenance Enterprise (FRAME). Before I began my career in the Government Contracting world, I spent four years in the National Football League as an Offensive Lineman, playing for the Buffalo Bills, Minnesota Vikings, and the Baltimore Ravens. I am also a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

What do you enjoy about working for 做厙勛圖?
The people, both onsite and in the corporate office! I love my leadership group. They are very supportive, and knowledgeable, and most of all, they care about people on a personal level!
What are you passionate about?
I am very passionate about charity work. I support several organizations working to improve our community in the DC, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) area.
Whats your career advice?
I would say, put blinders on and run your race! Dont worry about anyone else around you. Know what path you want to travel and work towards that no matter how long it takes you to get there. Just focus on improving yourself. One of my favorite scriptures is Ecclesiastes 9:11 (NLT) I have observed something else under the sun. The fastest runner doesnt always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesnt always win the battle. The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated dont always lead successful lives. It is all decided by chance, by being in the right place at the right time.
What does safety mean to you or do you have a favorite safety tip?
As a manager, safety means getting employees home safely. Ensuring the work environment is safe and theyre able to return home to their family without injuries.
Whats the best invention in the world and why?
I would say the airplane. It gives people the ability to go anywhere in the world within hours!
Anything else you would like to share from a personal or professional perspective?
