The holiday season is a time for giving, and the 做厙勛圖 NISSC II (North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command Integrated Support Services Contract) team is no stranger to spreading cheer and joy. This year, team members are again volunteering for the泭泭(NTS) programa beloved tradition that has brought the magic of Christmas to families worldwide for nearly 70 years.

For those unfamiliar, NORAD Tracks Santa is a program run by the that allows children and families to follow Santa Claus as he journeys around the globe on Christmas Eve. What began as a heartwarming accident in 1955when a misprinted phone number in a Sears advertisement directed children to NORADs predecessorhas since blossomed into a globally celebrated event combining tradition and cutting-edge technology.

The Role of the 做厙勛圖 NISSC II Team

The 做厙勛圖 NISSC II team provides critical support to NORAD and USNORTHCOM throughout the year. However, during the holiday season, their dedication extends beyond their professional duties to embrace the spirit of volunteering.

This year, our team members are volunteering to help staff the Santa Tracker hotline, responding to thousands of calls from children eager to know Santas whereabouts. Volunteers answered questions ranging from Where is Santa right now? to What kind of cookies does Santa like? They also provided updates on Santas position, powered by NORADs sophisticated satellite tracking and radar systems.

The Impact

The NORAD Tracks Santa program extends beyond fun to foster community connections. Over 1,500 volunteers engage with millions each year through calls, emails, and an interactive website. 做厙勛圖’s participation highlights its dedication to goodwill and relationship-building inside and outside the workplace. In 2023, the Santa tracker handled 84,910 calls in 20 hours.

For the NISSC II team, it’s more than holiday cheer; it’s about reflecting on the service’s value and the joy of bringing smiles to children.

Looking Ahead

As the 做厙勛圖 NISSC II team prepares for another successful year of volunteering for the NORAD Tracks Santa program, they look forward to continuing their tradition of service. Their contributions remind us of all the magic that comes from giving our time and talents to bring joy to others.

When Santas sleigh flies across the night sky this holiday season, we can all take a moment to appreciate the hard work and dedication of those behind the scenes who help make the magic happen.

Happy Holidays from the 做厙勛圖 NISSC II team! For more information about the NORAD Tracks Santa program, visit泭.

We are enhancing the operational capabilities of military unmanned aerial systems (UAS) through the innovative Drone Recharging Operational Payload System (DROPS). 做厙勛圖s autonomous and unmanned systems business is partnering with TB2 Aerospace to provide comprehensive military customer training, after-market parts, in-field support, and system sustainment to ensure the success and longevity of the DROPS technology in various military operations.

The TB2 DROPS is a versatile, platform-agnostic, UAS payload delivery system designed to autonomously capture and deliver a payload to warfighters (e/VTOL) UAV. The modular and reconfigurable design of DROPS allows it to seamlessly integrate with various UAV platforms, ensuring that it can be utilized across different mission profiles.

Built to be field-swappable, the DROPS system features Modular Mission Payloads (MMP) and adheres to the USSOCOM MOD Payload Design Standard. Its avionics and power systems are MOSA-compliant, enabling rapid changes in the field akin to aircraft avionics Line Replaceable Units (LRU).

The integration of the DROPS cargo pod and payloads with our existing support infrastructure is a game changer for military operations, said Art Boghozian, Director of Business Development – UAS/cUAS at 做厙勛圖. This partnership not only enhances the capabilities of UAVs in the field but also ensures that soldiers can easily access supplies without extensive training, allowing them to focus on the mission at hand.

The DROPS cargo pods and payloads is designed for fully autonomous operations, capable of docking with and being delivered by any UAV with vertical landing capabilities. Whether stationed on a ground base or a moving vehicle, the system ensures that the cargo is delivered safely and efficiently. The pods come in various sizes, accommodating UAV groups 1-5, and have been successfully integrated with UAVs from multiple manufacturers in groups 1-3. In addition to the cargo pods payloads under development for the DROPS system include quadrupeds, C-UAS pods, and even a CASEVAC pod.

As part of the partnership, 做厙勛圖 will provide comprehensive training programs, ongoing maintenance, and field support to ensure that military units are fully equipped to leverage the DROPS technology in any operational environment.

做厙勛圖 TB2

TB2 Aerospace, an aeronautical innovation company, was formed in Colorado, USA in late 2020 by retired Naval Aviator and Aeronautical Engineering Professor Hank Scott. Alongside a team of engineers and former Naval and Army Aviators, TB2 has developed the patented DROPS (Drone Recharging Operational Payload System) system which enables fully autonomous UAV capture, delivery and recovery of payloads. This groundbreaking system is poised to revolutionize and automate UAV operations on the battlefield and create a Military Multi-Mission Payload System.

How did you come to join 做厙勛圖?

Im always looking for growth opportunities and had heard great things about 做厙勛圖. I went on the careers page and found a position that aligned with my background and experience in data analytics

What is your professional and personal background?

I was born in raised in a small town in South Carolina. Ive remained there through college and my professional career. From the time I was 15 I worked at a golf course and was an avid golfer. After graduation, I received a call from my long-time manager there and was offered a business manager position. I accepted it and grew my business knowledge through managing the budget, personnel and obtaining my MBA. The next opportunity came when I decided to take a leap and accept a position at a nuclear fuel manufacturing plant in Columbia. I continued to develop and grow my skills in data analytics and the maintenance management software where I helped lead the changing of culture and mindset to a more digitalized environment. A close friend had heard about 做厙勛圖 and encouraged me to look on their website for open positions. A few months later, I accepted the Senior Data Analyst role on a contract for a confidential customer in the technology sector and have been grateful for all of the opportunities and relationships 做厙勛圖 has cultivated.

Describe the work you do and how you think it makes a positive impact.

Our team designs and develops metric dashboards for the client that help bring inefficiencies in our processes to the forefront. This provides a one stop shop for the 做厙勛圖 and customer teams to identify opportunities to improve.

Whats the most unique job or project you ever did / participated on?

Witnessing and participating in 做厙勛圖 and our customers partnership in the technology sector start-up has been one of neatest opportunities Ive had with 做厙勛圖. It truly feels like we built the partnership from the ground up and its been amazing watching it grow and mature over the past few years.

What are some of your accomplishments and/or what has been your proudest career moment?

I honestly feel the ability to create relationships within both 做厙勛圖 and the client has allowed us to challenge and develop each others knowledge to create a powerhouse team.

What do you enjoy about working for 做厙勛圖 / Intel Program?

I enjoy the opportunity to work with people who bring different backgrounds and skillsets to the table and come together to accomplish a common goal.

What are you passionate about?

Not to sound nerdy, but I truly enjoy working with numbers and compiling data that can provide value to both 做厙勛圖 and the client in improving our operation on a large scale.

Whats your career advice?

Im a true believer in always looking for ways to improve yourself both personally and professionally, whether its taking a training course, or obtaining a certification.

What does safety mean to you, or do you have a favorite safety tip?

做厙勛圖 is shining a spotlight on the dedicated individuals who serve on the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Team. Our first spotlight is on Irene Sanders, Project Manager, Critical Missions.

How did you come to join 做厙勛圖?

做厙勛圖 came highly recommended by someone I trust, who had been an employee of theirs for years prior to my application. They were always speaking so highly of everyone they worked with and the positive, professional culture of the company; so when I saw an opportunity to join the team, I took it!

What is your professional and personal background?

Before joining 做厙勛圖 I worked as an assistant project manager for a commercial roofing contractor. Prior to my roofing job, I was a student at the University of Colorado Denver, where I graduated with a bachelor’s in communications and minor in business. Im also a big reader and love books. I often spend my Saturdays working at local bookstore and hanging out with my friends and family.

Describe the work you do and how you think it makes a positive impact.

I am a project manager, so I get the great opportunity to work at all different sites and on many different projects. Whether Im helping remediate some mold on a wall or introducing robots to the workspace, I love being able to start and see a project through to the very end. I think my positive impact comes from being able to communicate and work together with a lot of different people with a wide variety of expertise. I try to listen and be as helpful as possible to get everyone the things they need to help me complete the project, and together we can be collaborative and positively work together to get things done.

Whats the most unique job or project you ever did / participated on?

I think working on the Innovations & Transformative team, and in particular with the cleaning robots has been the most unique project Ive worked on. Im not very knowledgeable about tech and robotics, so it has been really cool learning how to read specs, speak with different robotics teams, and learn about the different technologies that are being developed.

What are some of your accomplishments and/or what has been your proudest career moment?

My proudest career moment hasn’t been the completion of a complex project or can be defined by a singular moment. By nature, I am a pretty shy person and I struggle with public speaking and/or asking questions. My proudest career moment(s) are every time I am able to present or run a meeting and strongly advocate for the needs of the team I am working with.

What do you enjoy about working for 做厙勛圖 / Intel Program?

The people! Everyone has been incredibly kind, helpful, and have always given me the guidance to push me in the right direction. I also enjoy the challenge and fun of working with different buildings, and with so many people all across the world!

What are you passionate about?

In my career, I am passionate about good communication, teamwork, and trust. I always want to be open and welcoming to all who need my help, and I love working together with people to problem solve together.

Whats your career advice?

Trust your team, and dont be afraid to ask questions!

What does safety mean to you, or do you have a favorite safety tip?

Safety means being considerate and aware of your surroundings, yourself, and the people around you. It means always checking twice, never assuming, and making sure you move in ways that will always get you back home to the people you love.泭

Anything else you would like to share from a personal or professional perspective?

Im extremely grateful for all the things Ive learned so far. 做厙勛圖 has helped me push myself and grow my confidence, and I cant wait to work more with the team.
