CHANTILLY, Va., October 28, 2024 – The U.S. Navy awarded ��Թ� (NYSE: AMTM) a $490 million contract to deliver comprehensive contractor logistics support (CLS) of the state-of-the-art T-54A Multi Engine Training System (METS). This innovative system will supersede the aging T-44C aircraft, as ��Թ� collaborates with the Navy and Textron, the original equipment manufacturer, to modernize the Navy’s training aircraft fleet.

��Թ�’s expert fleet management support to the METS program strategically positions the U.S. Navy’s pilot training for unparalleled success. By offering its services to the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) for the cutting-edge multi-engine platform, ��Թ� will be instrumental in shaping the future of naval aviation. The METS program will seamlessly enable future Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and select U.S. allied pilots to transition into advanced multi-engine and tilt-rotor fleet aircraft such as the V-22 Osprey, E-2D Hawkeye, C-130 Hercules, and P-8 Poseidon ensuring operational readiness through 2055.

The task order transition phase in began June 1, 2024, and full performance started Sept. 1 under the CMMARS Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract. It has a one-year base period and four additional one-year option periods and is contracted through Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Operations will be conducted at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas supporting the phase-out and divestiture of all T-44C aircraft and the introduction of all T-54A fleet over the next three years.

CHANTILLY, Va., January 15, 2024 – ��Թ� was awarded a $946 million contract to provide complete system maintenance and modernization solutions for the U.S. Army’s government-owned fixed wing transport aircraft fleet. Leveraging advanced technologies and best practices, the company will provide life-cycle transport aircraft system modernization, integration, logistical and operational solutions, as well as pilot services and management processes.

“Leveraging ��Թ�’s expertise performing these services, this win demonstrates the U.S. Army’s confidence in ��Թ�’s ability to manage a large-scale complex program while maintaining a quality and long-term solutions approach,” said Dr. Karl Spinnenweber, President of the Critical Missions Group. “��Թ�’s approach to delivering life-cycle aviation solutions enables us to distinguish what we can do for our customers and be the key partner to the customer for this critical mission.”

Under this contract, ��Թ� performs life-cycle services including sustainment, modernization, and logistics for a combined fleet of 150 aircraft. To ensure a technical advantage, ��Թ� can incorporate the use of its Augmented Reality Remote Expert offering and other maintenance-augmenting technologies. CHANTILLY, Va., August 2, 2023 – ��Թ� was awarded an $818 million contract for adversary aircraft sustainment and modernization of the U.S. Navy F-16 fleet. ��Թ� will manage all aspects of the Viper Maintenance Group Aircraft Maintenance and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) contract by providing technical, sustainment and logistics solutions for the Navy F-16 aircraft based at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, Nevada.

CHANTILLY, VA; May 22, 2023 – ��Թ� has been awarded a five-year contract with a maximum value of $70 million to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane (NSWC Crane) Strategic Systems Hardware Division (GXW) to modify existing and develop new Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for handling and transporting Solid Rocket Motors (SRMs), flight vehicles, Common Support Equipment (CSE), and launch platforms. ��Թ� was awarded this contract through the Department of Defense Information Analysis Center’s (DoDIAC) multiple-award contract (MAC) vehicle to develop and create new knowledge for the enhancement of the DTIC repository and the R&D and S&T community.

��Թ� Awarded $4.6B Air Force IDIQ to Deliver Modernized Supply Chain and Procurement Systems

March 14, 2023 – ��Թ� was selected for a $4.6 billion single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract by the U.S. Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate to provide commercial buying solutions for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. ��Թ�’s buying solutions will use technologies like reverse engineering, 3D scanning and additive manufacturing, robotic process automation (RPA) and other automated best-value decision tools to improve systems and deliver cost efficiencies to more than 105 foreign partner countries.

“��Թ�’s decades-long experience in procurement makes us the best partner to the USAF on the Parts and Repairs Ordering System VI (PROS VI) contract,” said Dr. Karl Spinnenweber, President of the Critical Missions Business Group. “We plan to leverage our substantial supply chain experience, extensive supplier relationships and advanced automation technologies to satisfy the parts and repairs challenges associated with the broad range of aging FMS platforms.”

Under this tri-service capable contract, ��Թ� will deliver commercial buying solutions including supply, maintenance, and task orders to support Air Force, Navy, and Army FMS customers. Its PROS VI Contractor Technology Solution offering, based on a customized variant of ��Թ�’s SupplyTrac^TM tool, will incorporate advanced features in RPA, real-time transportation tracking, and an automated best-value decision tool as well as custom metrics management, client-accessible dashboards, security features and ties to multiple government information technology systems.

��Թ� will also provide engineering, prototyping, and testing of solutions to improve or replace obsolete parts. ��Թ� has partnered with Brighton-Cromwell, Platform Aerospace, Wencor and the Naval Air Warfare Center’s AIRWorks team to provide a full-service reverse engineering, first article testing and Parts Manufacturing Approval capability, and with additional recognized organizations for access to leading and advancing technologies such as 3D scanning and additive manufacturing and materials to increase fill and conversion rates, especially on tough obsolescence challenges.

��Թ� Awarded $487M Contract to Deliver Logistics Solutions for U.S. Military Equipment

GERMANTOWN, Md.; February 7, 2023 – ��Թ� has been awarded a remote maintenance and distribution center contract worth up to $487 million by the U.S. Army to provide modernized, comprehensive logistics and sustainment solutions as well as field engineering to a wide array of military equipment and systems donated by the United States government.

Under this program, ��Թ� professionals will be stationed outside the continental U.S. including Europe to provide multiple levels of sustainment solutions on a complex set of vehicles, assets, radars, gear, and ground support equipment using advanced predictive analytics, tools, and technology. The predictive analytics and technology assets will deliver improved performance through rapid response methods and operational forecasts.

The contract consists of a base year and four one-year options.

��Թ� Earns Award on $910M Tank Automotive and Armaments Command Equipment Related Services MAC IDIQ

GERMANTOWN, Md.; July 14, 2022 – ��Թ� has earned a re-award position on the Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Tank Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) Equipment Related Services (ERS) program through July 7, 2027.

The ERS program provides repair and overhaul support services to keep machines, systems, and vehicles in functioning order for the Program Executive Offices for Combat Support & Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS) and Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS) and their assigned project, product and program managers; System of Systems Engineering and Integration (SoSE&I) Directorate; Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC); Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC); Program Manager Light Armored Vehicles (PM LAV); and TACOM to include its depots and arsenals.
